Mersal NICU Center is an existing facility in Maadi undergoing a full upgrade to enhance performance and modernize operations. The building includes a basement, ground floor, three repeated floors, and a roof, with functions distributed to support neonatal intensive care and essential services.The renovation focuses on optimizing medical zones, staff workflows, and support areas across all levels. Spaces include NICU units, clinical support rooms, utilities, administration, and service functions aligned with operational standards. The project aims to elevate healthcare delivery through spatial reconfiguration, infrastructure upgrades, and enhanced functionality, ensuring the facility meets current care requirements efficiently.
