Vital Konzept is appointed to provide full Architectural, Electromechanical, and
Lead Consultancy Services for the redevelopment of the Hospital within the existing campus based in Cairo, Egypt. The project is considered a transforming phasing plan for El Azhar University to GMC Medical ampus. VK scope includes the Out-patient Building of TBUA 15.664sqm, the Emergency Building of TBUA 12.496 sqm, the Electromechanical Utility Building of TBUA 2151 sqm, the Inpatient Wards Building of TBUA 10,974sqm, the Administration Building of TBUA 2951sqm, the Hotel Building and thetransformer Building of TBUA 5500 sqm.
