Elysium District Medical & Educational Zone

Vital Konzept is designing a mixed-use medical and educational zone with a 241-bed hospital (60,000 sqm) and a university (30,000 sqm) for medicine and nursing students. The project balances contemporary architecture with practical functionality, ensuring seamless accessibility and integration. Through collaborative workshops, we developed an innovative, patient-centered design that supports both medical education and private healthcare services, making it a premier hub for learning and healing.
