Under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Vital Konzept developed the full design proposal for the Psychiatric and Geriatric Medical City in Borg ElArab, Alexandria. Spanning 150 acres with a built-up area of 215,300 m², the project serves 1,090 patients and aligns with the Ministry of Health’s vision for sustainable, world-class medical cities. The design embraces biophilic and healing architecture, featuring seven specialized clusters that include mental health hospitals, Centers of Excellence, a Medical Tourism Complex, and comprehensive rehabilitation and administrative facilities — all promoting holistic patient recovery and well-bein
